Jared Flynn PROFILE

Jared Flynn is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial disputes, breach of contract and warranty, product liability, and lawsuits involving damages to business, property, and person.

Mr. Flynn’s experience, in and out of the courtroom, enables him to investigate and evaluate conflicts of all nature and ensures his clients have an experienced litigator who is ready, willing, and prepared to take a case to a jury verdict if a favorable resolution cannot be obtained.

Mr. Flynn works closely with each client to understand their business or dispute as well as their objectives in order to implement a successful and cost-effective litigation outcome.

Mr. Flynn graduated from South Texas College of Law one semester early and was a member of the Dean’s List. Before joining the firm Mr. Flynn practiced at a boutique litigation firm and served as staff counsel for a major insurer.
