Jon Paul Hoelscher is a trial and appellate attorney with experience representing clients in disputes involving: product liability, construction defects, employment disputes, insurance, general and complex commercial disputes, premises liability, personal injury, and mass torts. 

In addition to handling trial and appellate matters in both state and federal courts, Mr. Hoelscher has also successfully represented his clients’ interests in forums such as mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. 

Although his  practice is focused on the trial and appeal of civil litigation matters, he is often called upon by clients to advise them with regard to business decisions which may be governed by the interpretation of current law.
