My legal practice has four concentrations:  Construction, Products, Oil/Gas and Business.

Construction:  I represent the construction industry in commercial disputes, lien matters, construction-defect claims, personal-injury litigation (defense), contract review, and insurance-coverage cases.  I also assist companies with employment issues.

Products:  I represent computer manufacturers, battery suppliers and helmet manufacturers, among others, in the defense of product liability lawsuits where claimants seek damages for property damage and personal injury.

Oil & Gas:  I represent the petrochemical-exploration industry in onshore and offshore legal disputes involving property damage, commercial matters and personal injury (defense).

Business:  I represent parties in a wide range of business matters including breach of contract cases, landlord/tenant issues, shareholder oppression cases, commercial fraud claims, trade secret litigation, non-compete issues, and tortious interference cases.  I also counsel clients on entity formation and trademark matters.
